If you contact us by form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored  for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of booking and subsequent contract processing with the charter company the IP data of the subscriber will be stored within the context of cookies. In addition, the following data will be also stored for the purpose of contract processing: First name, surname, address, date of birth, language, telephone and email. Furthermore a list of the crew members is requested when you are making a booking, whereby the following data will be stored: First name, surname, place of birth, data of birth, nationality and status whether skipper or crew member. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot forward your booking to the charter company with whom you are concluding the contract. (Forwarding via mmk Systems processing platform. Data will be transferred to third parties as mmk Systems, the processing platform for your booking, to the relevant charter company and to our tax consultant in order to fulfil our tax obligations. Due to legal regulations, charter companies may be obliged to pass on their data to state or semi-governmental authorities. This applies in particular to the list of crew members.

If a contract is being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period or the expiry of any liability claims (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the GDPR.
